Hilton-Parma Recreation programs

•Baton & Flag Twirling - Intro to Baton basic courses are presently offered during the fall session only. Children ages 4 and 5 will meet on Tuesday mornings during the month of October from 9:45-10:30 a.m. and the cost is $20 per person. Children ages 6 and 7 have two options for class times. Beginning the week of September 19, these children will have the option of a Monday class from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. or a Tuesday class from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. The cost for either class is $37 per person. Children ages 8 and up have a special class time of Monday evenings from 7:15 to 8 p.m. for $37 per person. The classes for ages 4 and 5 will be four weeks in length, while classes for ages 6 and up will include nine sessions and the chance to march in the Halloween parade. Some batons may be available at no charge for use during the class period.

•Swim Lessons at Merton Williams Aquatic Facility. Instruction is provided by Red Cross certified instructors and lifeguards. An 8-week program on Saturday mornings begins on September 24 and the cost is $45 per person. Class sizes are limited to provide maximum instruction and all participants are placed at a level that is most comfortable to them.

Registration is being handled via mail or in person at the Recreation Office in the Hilton Village Community Center at 59 Henry Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
