Eastern Orleans United Way
contributes $5,000 to Katrina disaster relief

In an effort to help with recovery efforts from the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, Eastern Orleans United Way contributed to American Red Cross-Orleans County Chapter for Disaster Relief.

Gerry Golden, Eastern Orleans United Way board chair, presented Charlotte Rodas, executive director, American Red Cross-Orleans Chapter with a check for $5,000 for disaster relief efforts at United Way's campaign kickoff event.
