BCSD seeks Athletic Wall of Honor nominations

BCSD is looking for nominees for the Athletic Wall of Honor. A wall outside the district's main gymnasium at the A.D. Oliver Middle School will honor those who have made an impact on the district's Interscholastic Athletic program.

The individual nominated can be an athlete, coach, administrator, community member or role model who has made an impact on the BCSD Interscholastic Athletic program. Nomination forms for this year's ceremony are due by November 15. Criteria for selection include: bravery, service, honor, support, teamwork, sportsmanship and citizenship to the BCSD Interscholastic Athletics program.

A committee made up of the Athletic Director, Superintendent, Dean of Students, a Brockport High School Varsity Club member, a BCSD coach and a member of the community will review the nominations for the induction ceremony to be held on Wednesday, December 28 at 7:30 p.m. at the Middle School lower gym. Each individual selected will be recognized on the Wall of Honor with a plaque including a picture and a biography.

Nomination forms are available on the district's website at http://brockport.k12.ny.us (click on forms), in the District Office, High School Office and Athletic Office.
