BISCO donated an American flag to the Village of Brockport as a replacement flag for the flagpole in front of the 140 Park Avenue, home of Park Place Apartments. The flag, raised by DPW crew member Bruce Hovey with assistance from DPW Superintendent Harry Donahue, will fly atop the Moore-Shafer Shoe Company flagpole, a designated historic landmark by the Village Historic Preservation Board.
