Coaches join Spencerport athletic staff

Three new varsity coaches have joined the athletic staff at Spencerport Schools.

Kristen Sharp has been named as the new girls volleyball coach. She is a graduate of Ithaca College where she lettered four times in volleyball. She has previously been a girls varsity volleyball coach at Bruton High School in Williamsburg, Virginia and is currently a math teacher at Fairport High School.

Craig Bodensteiner was named the Rangers varsity baseball coach. He is a fifth grade teacher at the Bernabi Elementary School and has previously been a JV and modified baseball coach with the Rangers.

Sarah Altobelli will take over as varsity coach of the Rangers softball program. Altobelli is a 2000 graduate of Spencerport High School and played at St. Bonaventure University. She served as a volunteer assistant coach with the Rangers last year.
