Bohlman, Charles, November 6, 2005, age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Frances. Survived by his sister, Marian Carpenter; nephews, Alan (Roxanne) and Charles Carpenter, all of Oregon; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.


•Glanton, Wilma G. "Billie" (Gravelle), Died November 6, 2005 at age 74. Predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Martha Gravelle; brother and sister-in-law, Norbert and Thelma "Jane" Gravelle. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, James E. Glanton; children, Martha M. (Douglas) Gregory, of Toronto, Sharon A. (Jerry) Campione, of St. Louis, James R. (RoseAnn) Glanton, Kristine M. (Daniel) Curry, of Tucson; grandchildren, Nicole, Gillian, Kelly, Joanna, Christopher, Patrick, Anthony and Albert; great-grandson, Ethan; brother, Lt. Col. (ret) Orville (Jean) Gravelle; brother-in-law, Daniel (Florence) Glanton; many nieces, nephews and friends. Wilma was a graduate of Spencerport High School and lived for many years in Rochester before moving to Dansville.

A Funeral Mass was said November 9 at St. Anne Church, Rochester. Contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Strong Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit in her memory.


BROCKPORT

Baxter, Floyd D., November 8, 2005, at the age of 90. He is predeceased by his wife, Martha in 1981; parents, Myron and Louise; brothers, Albert, Robert, Oscar, Dayton, George, Ray and Mike. Survived by his son, David; his granddaughter, Beth (Doug); great-grandson, Doug Jr.; sisters-in-law, Freda, Blanch, Doris, Mickey and Mariann; brother-in-law, Joe; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Baxter served in WWII for five years and retired from Rochester Products in 1980.

Funeral Services were held November 10 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Garland Cemetery. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.


CHURCHVILLE

Fischer, Adalbert G. "Del," November 6, 2005 at age 89. He was predeceased by his wife, Harriet (Powderly) Fischer, brother Lester Fischer and sisters Gladys Dewitt, Ethlyn Layne and Ruth Essex. Survived by his children, Frank (Jacqueline) Fischer, Kathleen (Thomas) Sullivan and Dennis (Sharron) Fischer; sister Marian Krompart; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Del was a retiree of the City of Rochester Bureau of Buildings and was a former member of the Town of Riga Planning Board.

Rieflin, James W., November 4, 2005 at age 69. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Beverly (Berle) Rieflin; his children Marie (Charles) Thomas, Debra (Paul) Bogaert and James (Lisa) Rieflin; his grandchildren Elizabeth (Joel) Corona, Bradley and Michael Thomas, Lauren and Kevin Bogaert, Elliot and Emily Rieflin; sisters Mary (Richard) Burkhartzmeyer and Lois (Stephen) Wright; sisters-in-law Kathleen Rieflin and Dona (John) Reinhold; brother-in-law Joseph (Sharon) McCarthy; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother William L. Rieflin. He was the owner of Berle's Service Station in Churchville, a Lifetime Member of the Churchville Lions Club and an Army Veteran.

Badge, Raymond F., November 7, 2005, age 74. Íurvived by his wife, Irma Kluth Badge; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Julia Good, Junia (Harold) Harring-ton, William Kluth; nieces, nephews and cousins.

•Boyd, Tyler S., Suddenly, November 5, 2005. Predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Lynn (Yolanda) Saulsbury. Survived by his mother, Darlene Nichols; father, Scott (Diane) Boyd; sister, Tamela; brother, Kris; maternal grandparents, Luther (Charlene) Leverenz; many dear aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jurs, Gerald C., November 4, 2005, age 86. Predeceased by first wife, Bettie; brother, Gordon. Survived by his wife, Ruth; children, Donald (Shirley) Jurs, Wayne (Kristen) Jurs, Catherine (Larry) Akers; stepchildren, Charles (Barbara) Ball, Karen Ball, Kristin (Michael) Abdallah, Steven (Leah) Ball; brother, Irwin (Betty) Jurs; sister, Eleanor Balsam; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Gerald was a WWII and Korean War veteran along with being a past Grand Steward Masonic Lodge, Kendall.

HILTON

Beaty, Marie L. (Leonard), Died Tuesday, September 27, 2005. Born in Canandaigua August 8, 1924. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Martha Leonard. Marie graduated from Canandaigua High School Academy, St. Mary's School of Nursing in Rochester. She was a member of the WWII Nursing Cadet Program. She is predeceased by her brother, Carl F. Leonard Jr. She is survived by her husband, John; and her five children, Kathleen Shaw, Thomas, Scott, Timothy and Kevin Beaty; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and her sister, Ann (Wayne) DeLaroche of California.

A Memorial Mass will be offered Saturday, November 19, 2005, 10 a.m. at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, (Mt. Read Boulevard and Latta Road). Interment private. Donations can be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.


Kagel, Grace I., age 94, November 1, 2005. Predeceased by her husband, John. Survived by her son, John (Zyllene) Kagel; sister, Ruth Holcomb; grandchildren, Robin (Lawrence) Mallini, Debbie (Wayne) Coverse, Diane (John) Newman-Boothe, John (Pamela) Kagel, Mark (Susan) Kagel; 13 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.

Bartl, Eloise (Hill) (Street), On November 3, 2005. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Al) Dart, Susan (Anthony) Cooke; grandchildren, Gale, Sue, Rick, Curt, Marlee (Rick), Leslie (Piero), Brookelinn (Todd); 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Marilyn Blaszak; her brother, Gerald (Kathy) Hill; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husbands, Corky Street and Fredrick Bartl; her children, Fredrick Bartl and Rae Watkin; two grandchildren, Gary Larkin, Linda Rae O'Conner. Eloise was a supervisor at Kodak for many years and a life member of the Holley VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

A Funeral Service was held November 7 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, White Haven Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.


Porter, Lynda B. (Booher), Age 62, died November 3, 2005. She is survived by her husband Craig; three children, Kym Porter of Rochester, Mark (Rose) Porter of Holley, Karen Porter of Holley; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Lori, Joshua; brother, Robert (Sarah) Booher of Sparta; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services were held November 7 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Holley. Interment, Beechwood Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Kendall or Holley Fire Department in her memory.


Spano, Joseph Anthony, died in San Diego, California on November 3, 2005 at the age of 72 from complications of Parkinson's and an Alzheimer-like disease. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Loretta Robertson Spano; their two sons Thomas J. of San Diego, California and Philip T. of Colorado; their grandson Hunter; sister Florence Spano Martino of Watertown; and brothers Natale of Lowville, Samuel of Melrose and Dominic of Watertown. He spent his life teaching music at Lisbon and Belleville in the North Country, as well as in Holley and West Winfield, New York. Bands under his tutelage received numerous awards including state competitions and as a far away as an ambassador band for the USA in Mexico City, Mexico. He retired from teaching in 1985.

A Memorial Service was held November 12 in Chula Vista, California. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held November 26 at St. Anthony of Padua, Utica. •Stazie, Thomas E., Age 85, on November 6, 2005. He was a lifetime resident of this area. Tom served in the U.S. Army in WWII and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a member of the Holley American Legion Post #529 and a member of St. Mary R.C. Church. He retired from Westridge Realty in 1995. Tom was predeceased by his brother, William Stazie, and his sisters, Teresa Emanuele and Angeline Brunette. He is survived by his loving family to include his wife, Pauline; daughter, Mary (Paul) Reinhardt; granddaughter, Amee; brother, Joseph (Helena) Stazie; three sisters-in-law, Elsie Stazie, Corrine DePalma, Rose Fouchey; nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said November 12 at St. Mary R. C. Church, Holley. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery with full Military Honors. Contributions can be made to Lakeside Beikirch Care Center or Lifetime Care Hospice in his memory.


PARMA

Clift, George, November 6, 2005, age 82. Predeceased by his parents, George and Florence Clift; brother, Frederick. Survived by many friends.

Lang, Mary L., (Zarpentine), November 4, 2005 at age 71. She was predeceased by her husbands, DeVere "Tiny" Zarpentine (1985) and Frederick Lang (2003). She is survived by her children, Daniel (Jennifer) Zarpentine, Timothy (Anita) Zarpentine and Julie (Earl) Spicer; grandchildren Justyn and Morgan Zarpentine, Jonathan and Sarah Zarpentine, Karina and Emily Spicer; her nephew, William (Laurie) Buchko. Mary retired from Rochester General Hospital following 30 years of service and completed her career at the American Red Cross.

Schneider, Ewald, October 8, 2005 at age 75. He was predeceased by his parents, Oswald and Kaethe Schneider; his wife, Virginia (Moll) Schneider and his daughter, Karen (MacDowell) MacKay. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kay Schneider; his daughters, Debby and Beth Schneider; his brothers, Wilfred (Elfriede) and Reinhard (Gisela) Schneider; his sisters, Heidi (Jack) Armstrong and Reinhilde (Alphonse) Reusch; his cousin, Gary (Delores) Jesske; nieces and nephews. Ewald was a member of Latta Road Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
