A class of 64 candidates received the honors of the Fourth Degree in an Exemplification honoring the memory of Richard A. Mylniec, former New York state council training facilitator. Under the leadership of Spencerport's Michael P. Flanagan, master of the Fourth Degree of the Fourth New York District, the ceremony was conducted, followed by a Mass and exemplification banquet.
