BHS recognizes athletes

On Saturday, November 12, the Brockport High School boys volleyball booster club hosted an awards banquet for varsity and JV players, coaches and parents.

Athletic Director Chris Bourne was the guest speaker for the event and was introduced by booster club Co-Presidents Jim and Lisa Campbell. The booster club presented gifts to the five seniors on the team: Co-Captain Pete Terilli; Co-Captain Ben Wolak; Ryan Campbell; Travis Jessick; and Falk Schroeder.

Second-year Coach Jen Demmans presented year-end awards to varsity players: Most Valuable Player, Senior Pete Terilli; Most Improved Player, Junior Bobby Frisch; and Athletic Scholar, Senior Ryan Campbell.

The Section V award, named to first team all county, Senior Pete Terilli.

Honorable Mention all county awards were presented to Seniors Ryan Campbell, Travis Jessick and Ben Wolak; and juniors Bobby Frisch, Kyle Kirchgraber, Dan Maxim and Joe Jenkins.

Second year Coach Dave Moore presented year-end awards to JV players: Most Valuable Player, Tim Habben and Most Improved Player, Justin Sodoma.
