Eagle Scout Eagle Scout John Scheda of Troop 111 in Brockport celebrates attaining the rank of Eagle at Sweden Town Park. It was a fitting location because Scheda's Eagle Scout project involved building 12 benches for the park for use by sports teams and a shelter to be used by park visitors. NYS Assemblyman Bill Reilich (right) congratulated the scout noting, "John's project was very ambitious and successful -- even though he encountered some "bumps" in the road through the construction stage -- he kept the project on track and now we all can enjoy the benefits of his labor."
