Walker Fire Department annual elections held

The Walker Fire Department completed its annual elections for 2006. Elected as chief is Greg Speer; selected as first assistant chief is Dave Walker; second assistant chief, Brian Mohr; repeating as captain is Ed Barth; first lieutenant, Mark Flannery; second lieutenant, Jim Hushard and third lieutenant is Mike Porter.

Presiding over the board will be President Pam Johnson. Steve Howcraft will assist as vice president. Charles Hungerford was picked for the three year board seat and Jeremy DeMott will fill the vacated director's position. Carolyn Hungerford and Shelly Roegner will remain on the board as secretary and treasurer, respectively.
