School walking program underway

Spencerport Schools will extend its Walk for Exercise Program to the Canal View School beginning January 10. This is in addition to the walk program already in progress at the Terry A. Taylor School. Registered district residents may walk in either school from 4 to 7 p.m. on days that school is in session.

Registration for new walkers will take place in the Volunteer Office at the Terry A. Taylor School, 399 Ogden Parma Town Line Road on January 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. To register, enter the school by the west door and follow the signs.

Persons unable to register at that time may come to the Volunteer Office any day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or stop at the Canal View School office, 1 Ranger Road, during school hours. For information call the Volunteer Office, 349-5682.
