Award winners at Hilton High School's Fashion and Clothing Fashion Show, held January 10 in the school's auditorium, were from left: Shanna Faulks, second place; Sarah Eichas, first place; Shannon Cummings, third place. Thirty students participated in the show modeling the clothes they sewed, many of which were original designs. They were given tips on runway moves by Mary Therese Friel, former Miss USA and owner of a modeling agency in Mendon. The clothing and presentation were judged by a panel of teachers and winners were presented with gift certificates to local clothing retailers and restaurants. January 22, 2006 |
