Kim Lenz, postal clerk in Hamlin, made a special delivery to Neil Newman (left) at the VFW in Hamlin where the Lions Club and the VFW in Hamlin were having a fundraiser to raise money to install restrooms at the Hamlin town recreation building. Newman, a charter member since 1984, received a new Lions head for parades to wear with the costume. He has served four terms as president, is a past district governor and has held other positions.
