The Churchville Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards dinner on March 9 at The Johnson House Restaurant. Those receiving awards that evening were (left to right): Nancy and Bob Thompson for Civic Beautification; Steve Gulvin, president of Churchville Fire Equipment Corp., for Business Person of the Year; and Scott Flagler, Fire Chief of the Churchville Volunteer Fire Department, which received the Citizens of the Year Award in honor of the department's water rescue on Black Creek.
