Hilton High School Drumline tops at NYS Percussion competition

Featuring the music of Aaron Copeland's El Salon Mexico, Hilton High School's 37-member Winter Drumline, a synchronized percussion ensemble, beat 12 other drumlines in competition Saturday, March 4 at the Hilton High School gymnasium.

Hilton High School hosted the 12th annual NYS Percussion Competition which featured high school drumlines from LeRoy, Cicero-North Syracuse, Liverpool, Central Square, East Syracuse-Minoa, Victor, Marcus Whitman, Baldwinsville, Phoenix, Batavia and Jordan-Elbridge.

Hilton drumline members are: Beckie Bartlett, Tim Bausch, Laura Cometa, Mike Cordon, Jackie DeVay, Josh Dimino, Emily Falcheck, Jake Falcheck, Lydia Frechette, Jackie Furtner, Kelsey Gagnon, Carol Harris, Brenna Helfer, Jackie Herrick, Nick Jackson, Nicole Kalen, Colin Kinz-Thompson, Rachel Kodweis, Austin Lake, Trevor Lake, Michel Lobel, Karen Long, Jeremy Mensing, Josh Mensing, Aaron Mika, Brittany Parnell, Mike Shaw, Amy Staab, Mandy Stahlecker, Katie Stanton, Eric Wallace, Caitlin Weber, Drew Wellington, Melissa White, Caitlyn Wilson, Julie Wood, Sara Zukoski.
