For two years The Bank of Castile, Medina branch, has been enjoying "Business Casual Friday." To participate, employees make a monthly donation of $3 and are then able to dress in a business casual outfit. The donations are sent to an organization selected by the employees. The Medina branch picked The Arc of Orleans County's Marshall Road residence. Marshall Road is home to six adults with developmental disabilities served by The Arc. Residents of Marshall Road have purchased a basketball hoop for the summer, and indoor games to get them through the long, cold winter. The Bank of Castile supports many of The Arc's activities and events such as the Best Friend and Signature Series dinners, the annual golf tournament and the annual 5K Walk/Run.
