Joe Lee, Ralph Preston and Ken Robertson, all members of the Hilton Lions Club, flank Joe Bullis sitting in his new Rascal Motor Scooter at Joe's newspaper selling spot at the corner of South Avenue and Main Street in Hilton. Joe has been selling newspapers at that spot for the past 23 years and has physical difficulties which prevent him from driving a car, so the Lions Club decided to provide him with motorized transportation to travel around the village. The local club obtained the scooter from the Northside Lions Club Loan Closet, in Greece, and brought it up to optimum condition with fresh batteries donated by the Hilton NAPA and repairs by the three men shown here along with fellow club member Andy Kelly.
