AREA •Schirano, Adelaide M., June 17, 2006 at age 101. Predeceased by her husband, John and son, Joseph. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Emil and Joyce Schirano; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, both here in the USA and in Italy. Mrs. Schirano was a retired seamstress for the Lita Shop. A Funeral Mass was said June 21 at St. Theodore's Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Dona-tions can be made to the Hospice House of one's choice in her memory. •Mihalyov, John, June 19, 2006 at age 82. Loving husband and devoted father who is survived by his wife of 54 years, Florence; sons, Mark (Aimee), Kenneth (Nancy), Robert and David (Melissa), and 13 grandchildren. He was a World War II veteran and a 1984 retiree from Eastman Kodak Company. A Memorial Service was held June 23 at Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home. Donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 1200-A Scottsville Road, Suite 100, Rochester 14624 in his memory. BERGEN •Couch, Phyllis C., June 16, 2006, age 82. Survivors include her husband, Gordon Couch of LeRoy; two daughters, Virginia (Gerald) Ivison of Byron and Cheri Pittman of Florida; a step-son, Ronald (Sharon) Couch of Texas; a brother, James Coolidge of Bergen; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; step grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews. She is predeceased by her first husband, Frederick Couch. Funeral Services were held June 19 at Bergen United Methodist Church, Bergen. Interment, Mt. Rest Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Bergen United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 216, Bergen 14416 in her memory. BROCKPORT •Jock, Linda M., June 12, 2006, at the age of 58. Predeceased by her husband, Elwin R. Jock. Survived by the children, Lynn (George) Oliver, Michael (Lori) Jock, Larry (Linda) Harrington, Briana Wood; grandchildren, Heather, Sean, Whisper, Rebecca G-Michael, Mikey; companion Doug Rosenbaum; brothers, sisters and a host of other family members. She is predeceased by her husband, Herbert and grandson, Matthew. Survived by her sons, Michael and Mark; granddaughters, Heather, Kelly and Megan; great-grandson, Timothy; her sister, Kathleen Martin; and her brother, George (Carol) Mann; brother-in-law, Robert (Alberta) VanGraafeiland; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. GREECE •Touris, Mary Kay, Suddenly at age 45, June 13, 2006. Mary Kay is predeceased recently by her father, John Baier. She is survived by her loving husband, Todd Touris; her children, Brian Page, Scott Page, Brittany; her mother, Joan Baier; brothers, John (Barbara) Baier, Bruce (Patricia) Baier, Thomas (Karen) Baier; many loved nieces and nephews; her Ballet Theatre students and their parents. A Funeral Mass was celebrated June 17 at St. Lawrence Church. Private interment, St. Jospeph's Cemetery, Auburn. Contributions can be made to the Ballet Theatre Scholarship Fund, 25 Arcampus Drive, Rochester 14612 in her memory. HILTON •Balls, Donald J. Jr., Age 59, died suddenly on June 9, 2006 in Dunkirk, Indiana. He is survived by one sister, Gail Ann Mary (Gary) Hafner of Hilton; one brother, Matthew W. (Joann) Balls of Jacksonville, Florida; niece, Jennifer (Timothy) Kennedy of Eliot, Maine; nephew, Justin Hafner of Rochester. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. HOLLEY •Walker, Jennie E., On June 16, 2006. She is survived by her children, Ella Mae (Frank) Merrill, Edmund (Sally) Farr, Kathleen (Kurt) Pfeffer, Barbara (Gary Eddy) Walker, Larry (Beth) Shaw, Richard (Deborah) Shaw, Duane (Patty) Shaw, Fr. Edmund Walker, Diane (George) Sawdey, Joseph (Anne) Walker, George Walker, Edward Walker, Mary (Bruce) Zollner, Larry (Laurie) Walker; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. SPENCERPORT •Jenkins, Ward E., June 15, 2006. Predeceased by his parents, Ward and Bertha Jenkins. Survived by his beloved wife, Annette (Pietropaolo) Jenkins; precious daughter, Andrea; mother-in-law, Ida Pietropaolo; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Tony Gardone; special nephew, James Gardone; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He was a Korean War Veteran, a retired Town of Ogden Police Officer and a retired Director of Transportation for the Rochester City School District. A Memorial Mass was said June 20 at Mt. Carmel Church. Private interment.
