Greece group seeks names, donations for ceremony

Greece Community Partners is seeking the names of volunteers who have made a significant contribution to the community who will be honored at a reception in August at the Greece Town Hall.

Nominees do not have to be residents of Greece and should be volunteers who may have worked in the background and have not been recognized in the past. This organization has honored 73 volunteers in the past three years.

The ceremony and reception are planned for August 5 at 2 p.m. at the Town Hall. Plans are to have many food and drink stations, musical entertainment and floral decorations. Volunteers will be presented with plaques and gift baskets.
