AREA
Greene, Doris Calkins, On July 31, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James L. Greene and their four children, Bruce (Linda) of Holley; Valorie (Michael) Pontarelli of Spencerport, Cheryl (Mark) Hellert of Albion and Jeff (Kim) of Winter Haven, Florida; two brothers, Pat Calkins and Al Calkins. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Shawn Greene, Joe Pontarelli, Joshua Pontarelli, Alyssa Hellert and Jeff Greene, Jr. as well as several great grandchildren. She was a member of the Pearce Memorial Church in North Chili and formerly a member of the Holley Baptist Church.
A Memorial Service will be held September 23, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the East Troupsburg Church, East Troupsburg, New York. Interment, Chenango Cemetery, East Troupsburg. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester 14620 in her memory.
BROCKPORT
Burke, June M., On July 26, 2006. She is survived by her children, Thomas (Sylvia), Michelle (Joseph) Pallone; three granddaughters, Nicole (Oliver) Keller, Erin (Matthew) Anderson, and Lauren Pallone; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held July 31 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lake View Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Restoration of the Alumni House, SUNY Brockport, in her memory.

Howcraft, Dorothy (Nicloy), July 29, 2006. Predeceased by her husband, Mel Howcraft and her eight brothers and sisters. Survived by her sons, Steve (Dianne) Howcraft and Jay Howcraft; grandchildren, Kristin, Melissa and Nick Howcraft; dear nieces and nephews, Jerry (Carol), Patrick (Margaret), Danny (Vicki) Culhane, Laura Culhane Ferguson, Barb (Fran) Conklin, Carol Cullen Moyer, Marty (Emmy), Bob (Linda) Cullen, Doris (Neath) Folger and Ron (Marilynn) Jacobs; great-nieces and great-nephews; many dear relatives and friends.
A Private Service was held. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, 4301 Mt. Read Blvd., Rochester 14616 in her memory.

Garrity, Marguerite M. (Holland), July 28, 2006, at age 84. Predeceased by her husband, John J. Garrity and son Michael J. Garrity. Survived by her daughters, Elaine (Ronn) Pommerening, Kathleen (Culver) Barr, Carol (Walter) Vanderpool; daughter-in-law, Jean Garrity; grandchildren Nicole (David) Arnold, Kimberly (Joseph) Heiderman, Ryan (Holly) Pommerening, Jason (Sarah) Garrity and Michael Pommerening; great granddaughter Lillian Garrity; sisters Eleanor (John) Doneghey and Dotty McLauglin; many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial and Interment Services were held privately. Contributions can be made to Lifetime Care Hospice in her memory.

Miller, Gladys L., July 29, 2006, age 82. She is survived by her husband, Charles H. Miller; her children, Thomas (Abbie) Miller, Sharon (Stephen) Schmitz; five grandchildren, Kasey (Ben) White, Christin (Carl) Cady, Jason Miller, Daniel and Nicole Schmitz; great-grandson, Nicholas; several nieces and nephews.
A Prayer Service was held August 2 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of one's choice in her memory.
SPENCERPORT
Parkinson, William S., July 28, 2006 at age 81. Predeceased by his daughter, Donna. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary M. Parkinson; children, William S. (Beth) Parkinson Jr. of Dallas, Texas, Randy (Eleana) Parkinson of Laverne, California and Robyn (Tom) Gaffney of Canton, Georgia; grandchildren, Lindsay Allen, Chelsea Parkinson, Sarah Parkinson, Erin Parkinson, Katya Gaffney and Kyle Parkinson; very special friends, The Floramo Family; several nieces and nephews. William was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company, a Navy Veteran of WWII, a member of Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance, Spencerport Lions Club, American Red Cross and the American Heart Association.
A Memorial Service was held August 4 at Ogden Presbyterian Church, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to Journey Home, Inc., 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 or Ogden Presbyterian Church in his memory.
Riexinger, Elizabeth D., August 2, 2006 at age 89. Predeceased by her husband, Raymond H. Riexinger. Survived by her daughters, Janice (Mark) Brewer, Joyce (Larry) Mance; grandchildren, Sherrie (Chris), Richard (Joy), Carol, Rebecca, Heidi and Daniel; great-granddaughter, Amelia; brothers John (Retah) Ross of Florida, William Ross, Henry (Melba) Ross of Florida; sister-in-law Mildred Ross of Florida; several nieces, nephews.
A Memorial Service was held August 4 at Ogden Baptist Church, Spencerport. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Ogden Baptist Church Building Fund or the Churchville Fire Department in her memory.
