BHS band members recognized

The 30th annual Brockport HS Band Banquet was held at the SUNY Brockport Ballroom on June 9. More than 340 members and guests attended and the following seniors received recognition for their efforts during their four years in band: Andy Sutton Award, Emily Kurzdorfer; Band Booster Scholarship, Katherine Ludington; Berton Young Award, Kevin Selig; Filomena Guereschi Memorial Award, Stephanie Edwards; Gena Pareschi Award, Ryan Spies; Donald White Award, Montana Agte-Studier; Band Booster Awards, Christyna Cain, Caitlin Schultz, Tara Westcott, Mary Puchalski, Katrina Collinsworth, Emily Parker, Alexandra Peruzzini and Emily Thompson; Color Guard Achievement Award, Aalya Khan and Monica Sailus; John Philip Sousa Award, Greg Strabel; BHS Jazz Award, Emily Kurzdorfer; Woody Herman Awards, Ben Wolak, Montana Agte-Studier; Louis Armstrong Award, Ryan Spies; Marine Corps Band Citation, Christyna Cain; and Most Valuable Senior Award, Stephanie Edwards.
