Ranger fall sport preseason
parent and student-athlete meeting

The fall 2006 season Spencerport Ranger V/JV parent and student-athlete preseason meeting will be held on Friday, August 18. The SSBC will have dinner (burgers, hot dogs, refreshments, etc.) for sale beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the High School Football Stadium concession stand. The meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. in the High School Performing Arts Center and will include a presentation by John Pelin, director of athletics, followed by individual team sport meetings.

This meeting is required for all varsity and JV student-athletes who will be playing a fall sport, along with at least one parent/guardian.

Coaching staff, cheerleaders, teams, representatives of the Spencerport Sports Booster Club, and discussion of athletic eligibility, code of conduct and communications guidelines will be included in the presentation.

From 7:45 to 8:15 p.m., individual teams will meet with varsity coaches for distribution of parent/student-athlete brochures, review of expectations, signing of Code of Conduct agreement, distribution of practice and game calendars and a question and answer period.

The Modified A & B fall parent and student-athlete meeting will be held on Saturday, September 16 from 8 to 10 a.m. in the Cosgrove Auditorium.
