BOCES 2 Elementary Science Program offers teacher training

Science resource teachers, Doug Brucker, Donna Horn, Fred Arnold and Mary Thomas from the BOCES 2 Elementary Science Program (ESP), in Spencerport, held a summer institute for teachers from across New York state. The summer institute enhanced teachers' knowledge of the 38 different hands-on science kits. The kits transform the classroom into a laboratory with hands-on learning ranging from electricity, to plants and seeds and the study of toads.
