The Arc of Orleans County broke ground for their newest residence on Wednesday, August 23. The home, to be built on Hamilton Street, in Albion, will house seven people served by The Arc of Orleans. Executive Director Don Colquhoun said, "This new home is designed to accommodate the needs and lifestyle changes of the aging population. Construction is expected to begin soon and will be done by the end of January 2007.
