Holley student Jessica Laudico, who will be a freshman this year, was the recipient of June's "Soaring to New Heights Award." She accepted her certificate at the Holley Board of Education meeting on August 28. Each month, the district recognizes a student at the elementary, middle or high school level for being a positive role model. Jessica was selected by Middle School Principal Susan Cory for receiving third place for grades 7-8 in the GCASA (Genesee/Orleans Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse) Poster Contest.
