Chili to update master plan

With the expiration of the current Parks and Recreation Master Plan, the Town of Chili solicited qualifications from local planning and engineering consultants to update its plan," Town Supervisor Tracy Logel said.

The town hired Passero Associates to work with Director of Parks and Recreation Mike Curley. He has assembled a master plan committee that will work with the consultants. Together they will evaluate the parks and recreation current needs, conditions of field and infrastructure, look for opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.

A public input and information meeting is tentatively scheduled for September 25 at 6 p.m. at the town hall.
