The Museum Quilt Guild of Batavia has an active community service program that is made possible with some of the money raised at its semi-annual quilt show, Stitches in Time, being held at the VA Medical Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, October 20 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 21. Cash donations are given by the guild to the VA Medical Center and to the Holland Land Office Museum. Other local organizations receive donations of quilts.
