Joan Greeno, Associate Broker of Nothnagle Realtor's Chili/Ogden Office, was honored with the Lister of the Month award from Bob Malone, Branch Manager. She had a total of five listings for the month of August 2006.

Greeno was also Salesperson of the Month for the month of April, with a volume of over $1.7 million in production. She is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors (GRAR) and the Rochester-area Women's Council of Realtors (WCR). During her real estate career, Joan has received numerous other awards, including GRAR's Sales Master and Sales Master Gold awards, WCR's Pinnacle Award for outstanding commitment and service, and Nothnagle's coveted "Top 25" award.

For over 22 years, Greeno has given full-time service and commitment to her real estate clients. She has extensive experience in single- and multi-family homes, condominiums, town homes, new home construction, relocation services and investment properties.

Joan resides with her husband, Larry, vice president for Planned Giving at Roberts Wesleyan College. They have four grown children and eight grandchildren.


Greta Renée Johnson of Brockport has been named to the dean's list at Nazareth College of Rochester for the spring 2006 semester. She is majoring in speech and communication disorders and has maintained a 4.0 GPA for every semester at Nazareth. She was home schooled for grades Kindergarten - 12 and is the daughter of Kevin and Marcy Johnson of Brockport.


Kathleen Earnhart has completed the public leadership program citation requirements for the College Park Scholars program for academically talented students at the University of Maryland. She will receive her citation during a ceremony on October 14 during family weekend. Earnhart, a junior majoring in math education, is a 2004 graduate of Hilton High School. She is the daughter of Marj and Ed Earnhart of Hilton and is also a member of the UMD club field hockey team, a perennial national power playing varsity and other field hockey club teams and a campus recruiter for Teach for America.


Gwen DeLany has joined Lakeside Health System as a nurse practitioner in the Hospitalist Program. She will assist the Hospitalists with the management of the patients assigned to their service.


Hannah Billings, of Kendall, majoring in theatre, earned the Valedictorian scholarship at Elmira College. She is the daughter of Earl and Tracy Billings. The Valedictorian scholarship is valued at full tuition for four years.


Nicholas Earnhart received Academic Success Award and the Ralph T. Simon Memorial scholarships during the School of Mechanical Engineering Awards Convocation at Purdue University on September 24. Nick, a 2002 graduate of Hilton High School, is the son of Marj and Ed Earnhart of Hilton.
