Certified apartment manager program planned

The Apartment Council Greater Rochester will conduct the Certified Apartment Manager Program (CAM) on Wednesday, October 25 from noon until 4:30 p.m. in the Daniel's Creek at Baytowne (Community Room), 150 Wexford Place, Webster. This is a 63-hour program, designed for professionals in property management. The curriculum will include: Fair Housing, Marketing, Management for Residential Issues, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Property Maintenance, Risk Management, Legal Responsibilities. A comprehensive Apartment Community Analysis will be completed reflecting knowledge of all module segments.

The CAM designation program is developed by the National Apartment Association Education Institute. All designations are recognized throughout the United States.
