At the annual meeting of the Municipal Electric Utility Association (MEUA) held in Alexandria Bay, Village of Churchville Deputy Mayor Nancy Steedman was awarded the D.B.H. Dalrymple Community Service Award by President Ken Stabb. This award is given to the Municipal and Cooperative employees and officials who have been involved in community service during the year. President Stabb cited that among Steedman's achievements, she has been liaison from the Village Board to the MEUA, is past co-chair of the Joint Village of Churchville/Town of Riga Comprehensive Plan Committee, and is currently chairing a Charrette Committee to form a vision plan for the Village of Churchville.
