Nominations sought for Clarkson Veteran of the Year 2006

The Town of Clarkson Democratic Committee is sponsoring the Clarkson Veteran of the Year Observance.

A short reception and presentation ceremony will be held on Veteran's Day, November 11, at 6:30 p.m. announcing the recipient. A memorial plaque will be engraved with the recipient's name and award year, and will be placed in a prominent location in the town of Clarkson.

To enter or to be nominated the individual must reside in the Town of Clarkson, or have made significant contributions to the Clarkson community. Nomination forms are available at the Seymour Library, the Brockport Area Vets Club, or at the Millhouse Restaurant, on the corner of Lake Road and Ridge Road. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, October 31.
