State Advocate Charles Esposito (left) and State Treasurer Arthur Harris (right) were among the dignitaries and guests at a testimonial dinner honoring Former Master of the Fourth New York District, Michael P. Flanagan of Spencerport. Flanagan is a member and Past Grand Knight of Pope John XXIII Council 7707, Spencerport. He is also a former district deputy, former state chairman and past president of the Finger Lakes Chapter and is a member of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Degree teams and has been on most of them for several decades.
