The Brockport High School Future Business Leaders of America conducted its second annual induction ceremony. Members were inducted into the organization during a candle lighting ceremony, representing symbolism of the organization. During the keynote speech, Dean of Students Mike Myers encouraged students to reach out for something big and eliminate doubt, despair and limitations from their minds. As a member of FBLA, students have a strong understanding of American business enterprise, develop competent, aggressive business leadership skills, and have opportunities to compete at the state and national levels. The club has activities planned including community service projects and motivational speakers from the community to speak on leadership qualities and preparing for area competitions.
