•DeRooy, Gerald R., suddenly, December 4, 2006 at age 66. Predeceased by his mother and father. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Gerda; sons, Daniel (Vickie), Steven, Donald (Stacy) and Jeffrey (Jennifer); nine grandchildren; brothers, Bill, Jim, Richard and Rick; and several nieces and nephews. Gerald was a founding member of the Victory Community Church.

•Kramer, Pauline M., November 30, 2006, age 77. Wife of Harry C. Kramer III of Bergen; mother of Cherry A. Pease, Harry C. (Rose) Kramer IV, Pauline E. (Luther) Wright, Sandra V. Kramer and Mark E. (Donna) Kramer; sister of William Perry, James (Ethel) Perry and Margaret Hutton; grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

BROCKPORT

•Cole, Foster, age 75, December 1, 2006, after a brief illness. He was a Veteran of the Korean War as MP. He retired after 33 years as Rochester Products Superintendent and was known as a storyteller. Survived by his wife, Carol (Rodwell) of 50 years; sons, Doug (Ann) Cole of Pittsford, Eric Cole of Virginia, Brian (Kelly) Cole of Michigan; five grandchildren; sister, Barbara Gaylord of Albion; sister-in-law, June Tipton of Hilton; brother-in-law, Bruce (Margaret) Rodwell of Florida; many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by parents, Franklin and Catherine Cole; brothers, Daniel and Francis "Tony" Cole; sisters, Marion Pridmore, Betty Broadbent, Marjorie "Margo" Cole.

Interment was private. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.


•Flow, Theresa L., November 30, 2006. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Susan Totter and grandson Todd Flow. Survived by her husband of 64 years, Victor "Vito"; children Victor (Donna), Kathleen (James) Lamy, Patricia (Gary) Parker, Robert (Barb), Thomas (Linda), Richard (Diana); 13 grandchildren; five great-grand-children; brother Leon Totter; sister Sandra Brantle; many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said December 4 at St. Mary's Church, Holley. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.


•O'Brien, Ronald E., 77, of Goodyear, Arizona, died November 16, 2006 at Hospice of the Valley, Peoria, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Ann; his son, Ron (Tammy); two grandchildren, Kevin Patrick and Mikayla Marie of Avondale, Arizona. Also survived by his sister, Arlene (Robert) McAllister; mother-in-law, Mary Abele; brother and sisters-in-law, Donna (Tom) Keane, Richard (Clair) Abele, Rita Abele and Evelyn Woodams; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ron was a Korean War Veteran and member of Brockport Veterans Club. He was a life-long resident of Brockport before moving to Goodyear, Arizona in 2000.

A Memorial Mass will be held in Brockport in the spring followed by interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85011 or St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.

•Brackley, Bertha L., November 29, 2006. Predeceased by her first husband, Harold M. Scoville, her second husband, Victor R. Brackley, and granddaughter, Angelina Pecini. Survived by her daughters Bob DiMarco, Holly (Eric) Goar, Lorraine (Glenn) Jones, Mary (Bob) DeMor, Valeria Brackley; her caregiver, Beverly (Stan) Deuel; grandchildren, Rob, Bobbi-Jo, Kelli-Jean, Keith, Deborah, Anthony, Nickolas, Jason (USMC), Joshua, Jessica, Nicole, Heather and Roni; three great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sis-ters; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held December 4 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton. Interment, Elmgrove Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Hilton United Methodist Church or Lifetime Care Hospice in her memory.


•Putnam, Daniel M., December 3, 2006, age 30 after a courageous battle with Leukemia. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Susan Putnam; his brother, Michael Putnam; sister, Deanna Putnam; maternal grandparents, Bob and Betty Hannel; loving companion, Kassia Threlkeld; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents. John and Vina Putnam. Dan was a 1993 graduate of Hilton High School and received his bachelor's degree in architecture from University of Buffalo, 2006.

•Bullen, Walter J. "Jack," On December 5, 2006, age 83. Predeceased by son, David. He is survived by his wife, Constance (Connie); one son, Thomas (Geanene); one daughter, Barbara (Gary) Gayton; three grandchildren, Susan (Eric) Conroy, Stephen Gayton and Brian Bullen; three great grandchildren; one niece. WWII Army Air Corps veteran, retiree of IBEW local #86.

•Justice, Harry E., Suddenly, December 2, 2006, age 81. Predeceased by his son, Larry, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marjorie (Maxwell) Justice; her daughters, Trudy (Guiseppe) Micchia and Penny (Paul) Schiffhauer; six grandchildren, Amy (Robert) Chamberlain, Larry Justice, Heather (Jason) Kroeger, Amanda (Wes) Mahle, Jessica and Kate Schiffhauer; eight great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Lynn Justice; brother, Willet (Bea) Justice; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services were held December 6 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Hilton, followed by a Military Graveside Service, Parma Corners Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association in his memory.


•Mercel, James P., December 2, 2006. Survived by his loving wife, Judy; sons, James and Jeff; sister, Lois (Paul) Metzger; and a vast entended loving family. He was a lifelong member of Elmgrove United Methodist Church.

•Webster, Blythe C., November 30, 2006, at age 70. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara A. Webster; his children, Gene (Doreen) Webster, Melanie (Dan) Brosius, Lisa (Ken) Kellerson and Master Sgt. Paul D. Webster USAF; his brothers, George (Rita), Mervin (Donna), Gary (Barb) and Drew (Gloria); his sister, Gwynne (Orrin) Van Orden; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Gail Harrington.

A Celebration of His Life will be held on his birthday, December 30, 2006, at 5 p.m. at Gatherings at the Senator's Mansion, 99 South Main Street, Churchville. Contributions can be made to the Churchville Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance in his memory.


•Zimmerman, Harriet E. (Riexinger), December 1, 2006, age 96. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Charles Zimmerman. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joan and William Murphy of Webster; three grandchildren, Michael (Julie) Murphy, Kevin (Laurie) Murphy and Susan (Andrew) Pope; six great-grandchildren Sean and Erin Murphy, Elise and Shannon Murphy, Melissa and Andrew Pope; her sister, Elizabeth DuBois; sister-in-law Ruth Carmer; several nieces and nephews.
