College admissions information night at Spencerport HS

School counselors from the Brockport, Hilton, Holley, Kendall and Spencerport school districts will present a regional information night on college admissions. A panel of admissions officers from area public, private, two- and four-year colleges will discuss the admissions process, current trends and other related topics.

The information night is for students in grades 8 through 11 and their parents on Thursday, March 8, from 6:45 to 8:30 p.m. in the Spencerport High School Auditorium, 2707 Spencerport Road in Spencerport.

Admissions officers from Genesee Community College, SUNY Fredonia, Roberts Wesleyan College, Alfred State, University of Rochester, University of Buffalo and Gannon University of Pennsylvania will review transcripts and answer questions from the students and parents in the audience. Parents may contact their child's counseling office for information.
