Lakeside hosting community forum

Lakeside Memorial Hospital will hold its annual Open Forum on Wednesday, May 2, at 8 p.m. in the Third Floor Conference Room of the hospital.

The public is encouraged to attend this forum to share thoughts and concerns with Lakeside's board of directors. Board members will be available to answer questions and provide information on a variety of topics. This is an opportunity for the community to become more involved with the health care issues facing hospitals today.

Written requests for placement on the evening's agenda must be submitted by April 28 to Kevin C. Nacy, Chief Executive Officer, Lakeside Health System, 156 West Avenue, Brockport, NY 14420. Community presentations should be a maximum of five minutes.
