Brockport watercolor artist, Dianne Hickerson, has one of her works appearing in the Transparent Watercolor Society of America's 31st annual Exhibition at the Elmhurst Art Museum, Elmhurst, Illinois, a Chicago suburb. The juried exhibition runs through July 29. Her "Crystal Visions" watercolor was chosen from over 900 entrants throughout the U.S. and Canada. According to the museum website, "This exhibition showcases approximately 80 of the best contemporary watercolor paintings in the country." Hickerson has received numerous awards in national and regional competitions, and has been selected for signature membership in the North East Watercolor Society and Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society.
