AREA
Comstock, Elizabeth Thornton ("Bonnie"), 79, of Kissimmee, Florida, died April 20, 2007. Prior to her move to Florida in 1983, Bonnie lived in Brockport, and worked for the New York State Department of Transportation in nearby Spencerport. Before that, she worked for Eastman Kodak in Rochester. After her arrival in Florida, she worked as Parish Secretary/Bookkeeper for Trinity Lutheran Church in Kissimmee, where she was also a member.
She is survived by her son, Scott G. Comstock (Philipp' Marra), of Malmo, Sweden; brother, Douglas (Marion) Thornton of Deerfield, Illinois; cousins and dear friends, Marge Sisson and Irene Sisson of Kissimmee; former husband, Francis L. Comstock, of Ormond Beach; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Dean Thornton, of Rushford, New York.
A Memorial Service was held May 1 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Kissimmee. Memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church & School, 3016 W. Vine Street, Kissimmee, Florida.
Dean, Danielle Susan, 27, of Whitney Point, died April 21, 2007, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born July 30, 1979, in Brockport, the daughter of Ardell Dean and Patricia (Turner) Barney. Danielle would have graduated from Herkimer County Community College in May and was currently on the dean's list at the college. A member of the Teamsters Union, she was a truck driver and laborer for Economy Paving of Cortland. She loved her animals, especially her horses, and the hobbies she practiced, hunting and fishing.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Barney and her husband, Lewis Barney of West Oneonta; her father, Ardell Dean and his wife, Rita, of Spencerport; half sisters, Janet Smith, Pennsylvania and Joanne Snyder, Pennsylvania; her brother, Caleb Barney, West Oneonta; and a stepbrother, Lewis Barney Jr., Marmet, West Virginia; aunts and uncles, Nancy Jones, Arthur and Lynda Turner, Garey and Betty Turner, Evelyn Eaton; and nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family; and her special friends: John Simpson, Jeff Cook, Ward Wakeman and Kevin and Chris Smith.
A Memorial Service was held May 1 at Pearce Memorial Church, North Chili. Interment at convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.
Soldi, Mary C. (Panetta) "Nana," died April 30, 2007. Devoted mother and wife. Predeceased by her parents, Vito and Grace Panetta; sister and brother, Stella and Michael Panetta; husband, Louis Soldi; daughter Mary Lou Soldi DiPonzio. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, L. David and Gail Soldi, John L. and Michelle Soldi; grandchildren Michael (Christine) DiPonzio, Tara (Kevin) DiPonzio Hopson, Laura (David) DiPonzio Heise, Louis, Elizabeth, J.V. and Alyse Soldi; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Grace Hopson, Sydney Heise; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John and Pat Soldi, Elaine and Anthony Pesce; sister and best friend, Josephine Jeffers; many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass was said May 4 at St. Pius the Tenth Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, Texas 75244 in her memory.
Thrush, Cynthia A., April 28, 2007, at age 57. She was predeceased by her father Everett E. Thrush. She is survived by her mother Katherine M. Thrush of Spencerport; her siblings, Barbara (Jim) Fenstermaker of LeRoy, Dennis V. Thrush and Diana (David) Plucknette, both of Spencerport; several nieces and nephews. Cindy would best be known for her advocacy for the rights of the disabled and her love of animals.
Funeral Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Al Sigl Center, 1000 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester 14620 in her memory.
BROCKPORT
Cowan, John R., April 30, 2007, age 92. He is survived by his wife, Sally Johncox Cowan; his children, Joan (James) Hamlin and Richard (Marcia) Cowan; step-daughter, Ann Purple; grandchildren, Christine, Craig and Curt Hamlin, Thomas Kennedy, Marcia Darby and Lisa Hugo; step-grandchildren, Todd and Jeffrey Lederhouse; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; cousin, John Shea; several nephews. He was a 1935 graduate of SUNY Brockport and retired in 1980 from Eastman Kodak where he was Manager, Corp. Employee Benefits Claims.
A Graveside Service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Canandaigua at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Mercy Flight Central, 2420 Brickyard Road, Canandaigua 14424 in his memory.
Jacobs, John D. Jr., Age 72, died April 25, 2007. Predeceased by parents, John and Margaret (White) Jacobs; one son, one sister and one brother. Survived by wife of 53 years Catherine; sons, Timothy (Ann) Jacobs, David (Yvonne Reed) Jacobs; daughters, Lorrie (Henry) Payne, Kathy (Ernie Marshall) Iddings, Debra (Wesley Jr. ) Pifer; sisters: Carol Gozdzick, Marge (Albert) Narburgh, Onalee (Richard) Hess; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were held April 28 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Holley. Interment, Mount Albion Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Orleans County Nursing Home in his memory.
Klump, Pauline V. (Blair), Died in Florida March 19, 2007 at age 87. Predeceased by her husband, John. Survived by sons, Jack (Donna) and George (Kathy); five grandchildren, Mackenzie, Max, Kelsey, Amy, and Melissa; great-grandson, Dominic.
Memorials can be made to the Brockport United Methodist Church, where a service will be held May 19, 2007 at 10:30 a.m.
CHURCHVILLE
Aradine, Paul W., April 23, 2007 at age 97 in Madison, Wisconsin. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Alberta T. Aradine; his sister, Bernice and brother, Henry. He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn R. Aradine of Madison, Wisconsin and his son, Richard (Janet) Aradine of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania; grand-children, Kristy Aradine of Vancouver, Washington and Jeff (Diana) Aradine of Tigard, Oregon; great-grand-children, Madison, Conrad and Piper; sister-in-law, Peggy Aradine of Churchville; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of Taylor Instrument Co.
A Memorial Service was held May 5 at Union Congregational UCC, Churchville. Contributions can be made to the Building Fund of Union Congregational UCC or the Churchville Fire Department Ambulance in his memory.
Kramer, George, April 27, 2007, at the age of 92. Predeceased by his wife Pauline. Mr. Kramer is survived by his daughter, Christina (Steven) Reed; son, Charles (Kathy) Kramer; grandchildren, Lauren and Alex Reed, Michelle, Michael, Krystal, Jenny Kramer; one great-grandchild; nieces, nephews and family in the Ukraine.
His Divine Liturgy was held May 1 at St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Osburn, Clark B., age 69, died April 25, 2007. Survived by his wife, Joyce (Barrett) Osburn; children Debrah (Brian) Coleman, Sue (William) Hunter, Lori Osburn, Paula (Keith) Natalie, Tammy (Bill) Swartz; grandchildren, Bob, Traci, Jon, Sean, Bradley, Ben, brother-in-law, George Barrett; sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Roy) Hafner, Betty (Ray) Meier; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Chapman, Helen A., April 28, 2007, at age 92. She was predeceased by her husband George S. Chapman. She is survived by her children Nancy (Andrew) Stelnyk of Canandaigua and Kenneth (Patricia) Chapman of Spencerport; grandchildren Leigh Alderman, Matthew (Kristy) Chapman and Carrie Chapman; great grand-children Lauren DeVoll, Gavin and MacKenzie Chapman; many nieces and nephews.

Kohler, Elsie, April 27, 2007 at the age of 99. Predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Edward John in 1999. Survived by her son, Edward Paul Kohler of Hubbardsville, New York; daughter, Nancy (G. Robert) Dean of Spencerport; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; niece, Marilyn Cliff and nephew, Larry (Bonnie) Werner.

Morgan, Mary F. (Ford), February 7, 2007 at age 88. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph E. Morgan Jr. She is survived by her brother William L. Ford of Chili; several nieces and nephews including Richard (Dianne) Ford and Jeffrey (Patricia) Fodd. Mary was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. following 42 years of service at the State Street office.
