Hilton HS Science Teacher awarded grant

Hilton High School science teacher Brian McDowell, right, was awarded a grant from the Rochester Academy of Sciences Chemistry Section to purchase GPS (Global Positioning Systems) for his earth science students. Jim Wenskus, president of the Rochester Council of Scientific Societies, left, presented McDowell with the award and several educational science experimental kits. Students will use the GPS devices to plot areas around Hilton High School.
