The Omicron Beta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing at SUNY Brockport awarded the Sweden Senior Center with its Community Service Grant for the center's outstanding service to area senior citizens. Michael Arena, president of the local chapter, presented the $500 award to Sweden Senior Center staff members Chris Swanson and Debbie Buckner at the society's Annual Spring Dinner Meeting on Thursday, May 3.
