Lift Bridge hosts event in Rochester

"Out of the Book," a new series of short films about notable authors, will be presented by Lift Bridge Book Shop (of Brockport) at Writers and Books, in Rochester.

The event will feature a 23-minute premiere about best-selling novelist Jan McEwan.

The film will be followed by a panel discussion and reception. McEwan's books will be available for sale.

The Wednesday, June 13 event begins at 7 p.m. Free admission but RSVP to reserve a seat to jhoffman@liftbridgebooks.com. Writers and Books is located at 740 University Avenue, Rochester.
