Ogden Planning Board looks at subdivision request

The Town of Ogden Planning Board holds a public hearing at 7 p.m. on July 26 at the town hall meeting room, 269 Ogden Center Road, to discuss Stonewall Estates, a proposed 41-home subdivision.

This is the second public hearing for the proposal which is slated to be located off Ogden Parma Town Line Road east of Union Street on the Ogden side of the road. The first public hearing was on June 14.

The legal notice printed June 3 read: "Stonewall Estates - application of Val Visca, 31 Walnut Hill Drive, Spencerport, NY 14559, for approval to subdivide 43.5 acres into 41 single-family residential houses. This property is located on the south side of Ogden-Parma Townline Road approximately 1,130 feet east of Union Street. It will be served by public utilities and will be titled Stonewall Estates. (t.a. 087-01.1-8)."
