Used soccer equipment collection underway

A used soccer equipment drive that began Friday, July 20, at the 2007 Brockport International Soccer Tournament in Brockport, continues through 3 p.m. Sunday, July 22. Following that the Sweden/Clarkson Rec Center, 4927 Lake Road, Brockport, will accept donations through September 2007, on behalf of the Brockport Soccer Club. Drop off is any time it is open. Look for the donation bin in the main hallway of the Center.

The group welcomes soccer shoes (indoor and outdoor), shin guards, socks, soccer balls and jerseys. The tax deductible donation will assist a Rochester-area organization. The group is always looking for organizations that could use the donated equipment.
