Mayor Robert J. Duffy recognized Christina Brown, recipient of a full scholarship from Latainas Unidas to attend the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) at the University of Rochester for the program's 2007-2008 academic year. Brown, 17, is entering her senior year at Spencerport High School.
