completes project Gates Town Supervisor Ralph Esposito congratulates Scout Joshua Brown from Troop #92 of the Ogden Presbyterian Church for completion of his Eagle Scout Project at Gates Town Park. Josh is a graduate of Aquinas Institute and will be attending Norwich University in Vermont to major in physical education and continue playing football. His Eagle Scout project included the design and building of three benches around the playground at Gates Town Park along with a foot bridge across the creek separating the soccer and baseball fields.
