Fairbank, Ray, July 28, 2007 following a prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife, Eileen, of Bergen; children, Ray and Robert of Avon, Rhonda Weis of Brockport, Shellie Easton of Old Forge; two grandsons and two granddaughters; his mother, Clara Fairbank of Spencerport; sister, June Andrews of Melbourne, Florida; brother, Elmer Fairbank of Dryden, New York; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held August 3 at Turner Funeral Home, Bergen. Donations can be made to Crossroads House, 11 Liberty Street, Batavia, NY 14021 in his memory.


BROCKPORT

Coccitto, Cosmo, July 28, 2007, age 66. He is predeceased by his daughter, Annette and grandson, Nicola. He is survived by his wife, Carmela; son, Tony (Tracey); son-in-law, Michele; sister, Maria (Angelo) Leonardis; grandchildren, Olivia and Sophia Coccitto; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cosmo was an active member of St. Judes and Nativity Church.

A Funeral Mass was said August 1 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Brockport. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Contributions can be made to St. Mary's Hospice, 3111 Winton Road South, Rochester in his memory.


Foltman, Marion K., On July 31, 2007 at age 89. Predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years, Robert; and her daughter, Betty Lou Swan. Survived by her daughter, Beatrice (Bruce) Kolb; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her son-in-law, Richard Swan.

Funeral Services were held August 2 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Lakeside Memorial Hospital in her memory.


•Losinger, Llewellyn (Wally), In Florida: age 81, July 19, 1007. Survived by wife Linda Losinger; daughter, Donna Laundry (Neil); grandsons, Doug (Eva) and Scott (Nicole) Laundry; four great-grandchildren. Also extended family Kristine Stehler and Tim Witte and their four children. WWII Merchant Marine, 54 year member Wakan Hubbard Lodge (Past Master/Grand Steward), Past Patron Mary Jane Holmes Chapter OES.

A Memorial Service, including Masonic and Eastern Star services, will be held August 10 at the Methodist Church, 92 Main Street, Brockport, at 3 p.m. Contributions can be made to National Parkinson's Foundation, 1501 NW 9th Avenue/Bob Hope Road, Miami, Florida 33136 in his memory.


Marshall, Charles P., July 28, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Nellie; his children, Kevin (Margaret), Connie (fiancé, Jim Buckwell) Fletcher, Jeffery (Rhonda); five grandchildren, Jennifer Marshall, Dale and Mike Fletcher, Crystal and Samantha; two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Lexy; sister, Rita Cotter; brother, Robert (Mary) Marshall; several nieces and nephews. A retiree of Kodak, a member of CD Dewey Hook and Ladder Co. Brockport Fire Department for over 30 years, a member of the Masons, 2 Cylinder Tractor and Antique Car Clubs.

A Funeral Service was held August 1 at the Free Methodist Church of Brockport. Contributions can be made to the Brockport Fireman's Exempt Club in his memory.


Sealy, Alfred Jr., July 27, 2007, age 90. He is survived by his children, Janet (William) Nielsen, Alfred C. (Carol) Sealy; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Laird and Elenor Cox; brother, James Sealy; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held August 14 at 7 p.m. at The Brockport Free Methodist Church, 4th Section Road, Brockport with a reception to follow. Contributions can be made to the Brockport Free Methodist Church or Gideons International in his memory.


CHILI

Luther, Jeremy M., Suddenly July 29, 2007, age 7 months. Survived by his parents; sister; brother; grandparents; uncles, aunts and cousins.

A Funeral Service was held August 3 at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Chili. Interment, Creekside Cemetery, Churchville.


CHURCHVILLE

•Stenglein, McKensie Jo, July 29, 2007, at the age of 16. Survived by her parents, William and Denise Stenglein; four sisters, Shealyn, Hannah (Damion) Hill, Janelle and Maggie; grandparents, Bill and Carol Stenglein, Ray and Ruth Hoyler; several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Dolores Hoyler. McKensie was a student at Churchville-Chili High School.

A Funeral Mass was said August 2 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Donations can be made to the McKensie Stenglein Memorial Fund in c/o St. Pius X Credit Union, 2998 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624 to be used for the annual C.C. H. S. Scholarship, to Golisano Children's Hospital or Wilmot Cancer Center in her memory.


CLARKSON

Shortsleeve, Brian H., July 27, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Kelly (Scot) McClaskey; son, Scott (Karen); two grandchildren, Justin and Zachary McClaskey; two sisters, Phyllis (Anthony) Barrese, Brenda Shortsleeve; brother, Clifton (Nancy) Shortsleeve; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Storm.

HILTON

Grodevant, Ruth L., July 26, 2007 at age 80. She is survived by her son, Scott (Diane) Grodevant of Avon; sister, Helen Milligan of Angola, New York; granddaughter, Hannah Grodevant; several nieces and nephews. Ruth lived in Hilton since 1962. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard William Grodevant in 1992.

Gruendike, Robert L., July 13, 2007 at age 73. He was predeceased by his parents Adelbert and Dorothy Gruendike. He is survived by loving wife of 48 years Dawn H. Gruendike; his children Bamby (Bob) Seibold and Ryan (Donna) Gruendike; granddaughters Alicia and Jennifer Lowe; his sister, Beverly Pimm; his nieces and nephews and his grand-dog, Trevor.

Hecht, John M. "Hector" "Tampa Bay," July 30, 2007, age 59. Predeceased by his wife, Mary Ann. Survived by his daughter, Michele (Tiffany) Hecht and Renay (Eric) Hecht; brother, Daniel (Deborah) Hecht; several other family and friends. John was an expecting grandfather, and a member of the U.A.W.

Kearney, Joseph P. "Joe", Suddenly, July 20, 2007, age 58, in Clearwater, Florida. Local Memorial Service arrangements will be announced by Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton.


Shelton, Peter C. "Captain" "Nemo," Died peacefully after a long, courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma. Predeceased by his parents Warren and Margaret, and hunting partners Rocky and KodiBear. He will be dearly missed by his life partner and caregiver Susan White; his golden boy Trigger, his buddy Boomer; devoted sister Paula Warner (Jay), niece, Jamie, nephew Josh, best friends, Ken Stiles "Pal-z" and Jim Edmondson "Jimmy Jack," son John Paul (Jay) Shelton.

A Funeral Mass was said August 3 at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Hilton. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation or the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society in his memory.


HOLLEY

Crawford, Elizabeth J. "Liz," July 31, 2007 at the Lakeside Hospital, Brockport after a short illness at age 73. She is survived by her children, Debbie Patten of Hilton, Sharon (David) Ruggles of East Meredith, Kathy (Robert) Robb, Kim Crawford all of Holley and daughter-in-law, Lisa Crawford of Brockport; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held August 3 at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, Albion. Contributions can be made to F.M.H. Ladies Auxiliary or to Interlakes Oncology and Hematology Department, Brockport.


OGDEN

Gerew, Mary W. (Weirich) Peacefully at home July 29, 2007 at age 82. She is survived by her sons, Bill (Jill) and Tom (Ellie) Gerew; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of the Rochester Genealogical Society, Friends of the Ogden Farmers' Library and the Ogden Tuesday Seniors.

At Mary's request there will be no Services. Memorials can be made to the Ogden Farmers' Library.


SPENCERPORT

Carrigan, Micheline E. (Saraceni) "Mickey," formerly of Watkins Glen, July 27, 2007, at the age of 89, bravely fighting a difficult illness. Survived by her loving husband, Albert, of 70 years; devoted daughter, Jacqueline Iovine; grandchildren, Tamie (Randy Banaszak) Laboski, Sherie (Dennis) Pickering, Matthew (Kelly) Burris; eight great-grandchildren, Lindsay and Kerry Laboski, Ryan Turco, Matthew and Leeann Pickering, Dylan, Andrea and Jake Burris; one great-great-grandson, Jack Wallace; nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John and Jacqueline (DiStephano, Discenza) Saraceni, three brothers and six sisters.

A Memorial Requiem was held August 1 at the "Link" at St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church, Watkins Glen. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice or perform a deed of kindness for someone in her memory.


Fetter, H. Sedgwick, July 25, 2007 at age 87. He was predeceased by his brother, Douglas V. Fetter. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ruth J. Fetter; his children, Linda (Richard) Daly of Eustis, Florida, Susan (Douglas) Brown of Spencerport, Douglas H. Fetter of Clearwater, Florida and Nancy (Steven) Barton of Spencerport; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and his special friend Betty Fetter. He was co-owner, with his brother, Doug, of Austin & Fosmire Insurance Co. and was an Army Air Corps veteran of WWII.

Funeral Services were held July 31 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Spencerport. Inter-ment, Fairfield Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association in his memory.


Hershey, Charles E., age 95, formerly of Spencerport, died July 31, 2007 in Lake Placid, Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret. He is survived by his daughter Janet DeRoller (Robert); two grandsons Todd DeRoller from Bradenton, Florida and Scott DeRoller of Rochester. He retired from Kodak and moved to Florida in 1976.

Interment, Fairfield Cemetery, Spencerport at the convenience of the family.


Kline, Carl M., July 31, 2007 at age 91. He is survived by his children, Ron (Maya) Kline, Beth Morris and Cathy Pfromm; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Carl was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. and a member of Ferris-Goodridge American Legion Post #330.

A Prayer Service and Celebration of his life was held August 3 at Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330, Spencerport. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330 in his memory.


Lughart, Joyce, July 25, 2007 at age 72. Predeceased by her parents, daughter, Janet Lughart and brother, Jim Koerper. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Jan; children, Carol (Steve Brown) Lughart of Illinois, Jean (David) Montgomery and John (Julie) Lughart; grandchildren, Andrew, Kevin and Jordyn; sister, Rosemarie (Rob) Robinson of Florida and two nieces.

A Memorial Service was held July 30 at Spencerport United Methodist Church. Private interment. Contributions can be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1650 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
