Lady Express Red win two tournaments

The Lady Express Red 16 & under girls fastpitch softball team won out of town tournaments on consecutive weekends.

At the Webster Invitational 18 & under Tournament on July 21 and 22, the team won each game by one run, including one nine inning game. They won the championship game by scoring four runs in the bottom of the seventh to win 4-3 against the host team.

The Lady Express then went on to win the Can Am 16U Shootout in Watertown from July 28-29 by going 6-1 over the weekend including four wins on Sunday to capture the championship.
