At the August meeting of St. Leo Knights of Columbus Council 9461, Dave Tresohlavy received the Knight of the Year award. He has held many offices in the Knights of Columbus, he is a Past Grand Knight of Council 9461, former District Deputy and has been active in the Finger Lakes chapter. This award covers the Columbian year July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. In that period of time Tresohlavy has co-chaired several fund-raisers. He also was membership chairman. He and his staff helped Council 9461 achieve 180 percent of their membership goal. The new year finds him in another challenging position as the program director of the Council.
