members to "Athletic Wall of Honor"

On Friday, September 7, Brockport school district will induct seven members to its "Athletic Wall of Honor." This year's class includes: Betsy Balling, BHS Class of 1990, soccer and volleyball standout; Ralph Beaney (posthumously), long-time Brockport Physical Education teacher and coach; Michael Depferd, BHS Class of 1990, ice hockey, golf and baseball standout; Wilbur "Buck" McCormick, BHS Class of 1933, baseball and basketball standout and long-time community supporter; Tom Nesbitt, BHS Class of 1963, football, basketball and baseball teacher and coach at Brockport High School; Julie Reule, BHS Class of 1991, soccer, basketball and softball standout, four-year letter winner in Soccer at James Madison University; Richard Reynolds, BHS class of 1950, varsity letter winner in soccer, football, basketball, baseball and track, Kendall teacher, administrator and coach.

The induction ceremony will take place on Friday, September 7 at 5:30 p.m. in the A. D. Oliver Middle School cafeteria, 40 Allen Street. The public is welcome to attend. The inductees will also be honored at halftime of the varsity football game that evening.
