Senior Center offering AARP and PACE courses

The Hilton-Parma Senior Center will offer an AARP Safe Drivers Course on September 12 and 14 (Wednesday and Friday from noon to 4 p.m.) This course will be held in the Ingham Room at the Village Community Center, 59 Henry Street. This is a refresher course and participants must attend both classes. The cost is $10. Checks made payable to: AARP.

The Hilton-Parma Senior Center is also offering a PACE-Arthritis Exercise class for seniors. This class is a gentle exercise program designed to meet the needs of those who would benefit from range of motion, strength building and flexibility movements. This is an eight-week free trial program made possible through the Arthritis Foundation.

Classes will be Mondays, September 10 through November 5 at the Village Community Center, 59 Henry Street.
